The sixth and final week in Advit’s framework. Support continues for six months from the start, well past this point.

This phase is not documented yet. Its name and its place in the sequence are Advit’s own framework. The practices inside it are not written here because no student has reached it and described it yet — and guessing would be worse than a blank page.

What happens after phase 6?+
The phases end but support does not — support runs six months in total, and the phases take about six weeks. The remainder is for integration and for questions as you start working with others.
How long do I keep access?+
Six months. Extension beyond that is at Advit’s discretion.
How long is each phase?+
About a week, at roughly 2–3 hours a week. Six phases in total, with six months of support overall.
Can I go slower?+
Yes. The next phase opens when the current one has settled, not on a calendar. Asking to stay longer in a phase is normal.
Can I go faster?+
Ask. It is Advit’s call, and it depends on what you are reporting back, not on how keen you are.
My login is not opening a phase.+
Access is activated manually. Send a screenshot of what you are seeing and the phase you are trying to open.
Can I download the videos or audio?+
No. The content is not to be downloaded, recorded, copied or shared with anyone.
Can I teach this to someone else?+
You can heal others — that is taught. You cannot teach the method itself without Advit’s consent.
Is there a refund?+
No. There is no refund on the programme in any case. The ₹214 application fee is separate and is returned if you ask.
Should I practise if I am unwell or pregnant?+
No. This practice is not to be done if you have a severe physical or mental health condition, or if you are pregnant.
Do I get a certificate?+
Yes, issued by Advit Sahdev on completion.
How do I report my practice?+
A short message or voice note each day: what you did, how long, and what you noticed. Hindi or English, whichever is easier.
Your next phase is not linked from here. Each phase has its own private page, and Advit sends you the link when he opens that phase for you — the same way it is added to your login. If you think you are ready, say so in your daily report.
